Meet Leah



Hi, I’m Leah Boken, wellness coach, yoga teacher, busy mom of two, and the creator of The Ultimate Wellness Routine.
I help women build realistic wellness routines that feel supportive, sustainable, and actually doable. My goal is to make wellness feel less overwhelming and more like something that fits naturally into your real life.
This work is deeply personal to me. After losing my husband and becoming a solo mom, I leaned on my wellness routine to help carry me through grief, stress, and the challenge of rebuilding life. It gave me strength, grounding, and a way to take care of myself when I needed it most.
That experience shaped everything I now teach. I believe women deserve more than quick fixes and all-or-nothing plans. They deserve support, structure, and habits that help them feel healthier, stronger, and more like themselves again.
