My own life's thrown some curveballs. In 2022, I faced the heartbreak of losing my husband to illness. I'm now left raising two young boys on my own. It's been tough, but I learned the value of staying consistent with my overall wellness routine. I figured out how to focus on what truly matters, even when life got hard, and it's really payed off.
I've stayed consistent with eating a healthy, balanced diet, boosting my nutrition with intentional supplementation and regular physical activity all while navigating my grief, and that's the main reason why I feel so confident in my ability to keep going.
