Helping busy women create realistic wellness routines that support their health, confidence, and everyday life.

I’m Leah B., and I help women build wellness routines that feel supportive, sustainable, and actually doable.

My work is about more than quick fixes or temporary motivation. It’s about helping women create habits that nourish their bodies, strengthen their mindset, reduce overwhelm, and fit the life they’re really living. Because when your routine supports you, everything starts to feel more manageable, more grounded, and more aligned.

My story

My approach to wellness was shaped not only by my training, but by life.

In 2022, I lost my husband to illness and became a solo mom to two young boys. I was suddenly navigating grief, exhaustion, stress, and the reality of rebuilding life in a way I never could have prepared for.

What helped carry me through was my wellness routine.

Simple things like nourishing meals, mindful movement, and daily practices that supported my body and mind became my anchor. My routine gave me structure when life felt uncertain, strength when I felt depleted, and a way to keep showing up for myself even in the hardest seasons.

That experience changed the way I see wellness. I don't believe women need more pressure, perfection, or impossible standards. I believe they need support, self-trust, and routines that work in real life.

That is what I now help other women create.

What I do

I guide women in building realistic daily routines that support their energy, mindset, confidence, and overall well-being.

Whether you are feeling stuck in unhealthy habits, overwhelmed by stress, disconnected from yourself, or simply ready to feel better in your own life, my goal is to help you create a routine that feels achievable and lasting.

This is not about doing everything perfectly. It is about creating habits and rhythms that help you feel healthier, stronger, and more like yourself again.

My Approach

My approach is compassionate, realistic, and rooted in the belief that wellness should support your life, not take it over.

 

I meet women where they are and help them create routines that feel aligned with their goals, capacity, and real-world responsibilities. No all-or-nothing mindset. No unrealistic expectations. Just supportive, meaningful change that builds over time.

Because when you care for yourself consistently, even in small ways, it creates a ripple effect through every part of your life.
