Have you ever noticed that a full moon can disrupt our sleep or leave us feeling anxious or overly emotional? Yin Yoga balances our energy so we can better handle the effects of the full moon. Join Leah Boken from Manotick Yoga Chick and Dr. Jenn Keller, ND from Manotick Integrative Health at Misiwe Ni Relations Healing Lodge for a full-body 75 minute Yin Yoga practice and full moon health talk.
